My travel style

I've experienced a wide spectrum of travel – from camping in Peru, sleeping on a rolled up pair of jeans, to luxury hotels with plush robes and fuzzy slippers. I like it all. That variety is typically reflected in my travel itineraries as well. After a couple of days hiking and kayaking, you can catch me hitting up the spa. Balance baby!

Sleek hotel with contemporary rooms and equipped with a brasserie, jazz club and saunas.

Iveagh Garden Hotel

Inviting hotel in a brick building nearby the Iveagh Gardens with warm, cozy rooms.

Recently returned from:

  • Exploring the Faroe Islands. 

  • Road tripping through Ireland. 

  • Coasteering in Portugal.

  • Biking through Copenhagen.

Dreaming of:

  • Thailand and Greece – specifically for the food and, not to mention, the legendary views.

  • The Azores Islands.

  • The Dolomites – I've been to Italy but haven't ventured along this epic mountain range so that needs to happen.

  • Banff, Canada.

One thing I can't travel without...

An international phone plan – GPS is key.

Two truths, one lie:

  1. I spent three days hiking to the top of Machu Picchu. 

  2. I swam between the tectonic plates in Iceland. 

  3. I went paragliding in Norway.
