My travel style

My travel style is very aligned with my zodiac sign – Gemini. I love exploring different places and immersing myself in different cultures, but I equally love a relaxing beach getaway. I'm a foodie so wherever I go great food is at the top of the list. I also splurge once-in-a-lifetime experiences; whether it's a unique accommodation or excursion, I'm here for it! I've traveled solo before and have had some of the most amazing experiences, but I also love traveling with family and friends. Making memories is everything to me.

Favorite hotels

Mohlabetsi Safari Lodge

An intimate lodge in the Greater Kruger, loved by families for the oversized lodging, group dinners and small pool.

San Ignacio Resort Hotel

Family-run favorite with 26 rooms and onsite iguana conservation, in the jungle but just a 10-minute walk to town.

Recently returned from:

  • Living my best life and making new friends on an unplanned solo trip in Turks & Caicos.

  • Visiting Mayan cities, cave tubing and adopting an iguana (Jade) in Belize.

  • Relaxing on the beach in Aruba.

  • Enjoying a unique bathhouse experience in Hot Springs, Arkansas.

Dreaming of:

  • Gorilla trekking in Rwanda.

  • Visiting an elephant sanctuary in Thailand.

  • Peru – Machu Picchu, Rainbow Mountain and all of the ceviche I can find!

  • Overwater villa in the Maldives.

One thing I can't travel without...

My camera!

Two truths, one lie:

  1. I paid $63 roundtrip on a flight to South Africa from NYC.

  2. I was pickpocketed on my last night in Paris.

  3. I fell off a camel in Egypt.
