My travel style
Comfortable in both cities and nature, yet happiest near the sea. I love to seek out boutique hotels and off-the-beaten-path experiences while still appreciating the classics. Tend toward modern, laidback luxury over palace properties – though they have their places! I would never turn down a day at a rocky beach in Italy, complete with plenty of vongole, followed by a sundowner spritz watching the sunset. I'm often in search of a new adventure, whether learning to ski in Switzerland or overnighting with elephants in rural Laos.

Recently returned from:
Boating between Procida and Ischia, with a stop in Naples for some pizzas.
Searching for the best cheeses and produce at the Provençal market in Antibes over a two-week span, with side trips as far afield as Monaco and Saint Tropez.
Catching up with friends over drinks at Soho House in Juhu, Mumbai, before attending a wedding in the lake city of Udaipur.
Taking a last-minute trip to Australia to catch the last few days of spring weather and a few waves at Manly and Bondi.
Dreaming of:
Uganda and/or Rwanda for the mountain gorillas.
Traveling the path of the Silk Road through Central Asia.
A trip on the Orient Express from Paris to Venice.
Sand dunes of the Sossusvlei in Namibia.
One thing I can't travel without...
Eye mask.
Two truths, one lie:
I traveled to China without a visa.
I once ran up a 1000 CHF bar tab in St. Moritz.
