My travel style

My trips are typically planned around chasing scenery and going somewhere new! I like to avoid tourists and do what the locals do. Now that I'm flirting with 40, travel goals usually include eating at incredible restaurants, drinking delicious wine and staying at beautiful boutique hotels – and flying there in business class. So excited to continue exploring the world and helping others do the same!

  • Touring via helicopter and volcano hiking in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii.

  • Enjoying views at 10,350 feet in Vail, Colorado. 

  • Honeymooning all around Tuscany and the Amalfi Coast, Italy (and developing a Limoncello Spritz addiction).

  • Kayaking in rainy Lake Toxaway, North Carolina.

Dreaming of:

  • Slovenia, Croatia and Montenegro. 

  • Torres del Paine in Southern Chilean Patagonia (and perhaps the Mendoza Wine Region in Argentina while I'm in that neck of the woods). 

  • Roatán and the other Bay Islands of Honduras. 

  • PNW – Portland, Seattle, Vancouver.

One thing I can't travel without...

Portable fan.

Two truths, one lie:

  1. I saw Foo Fighters at Wembley Stadium.

  2. I drank Oban Scotch in Oban, Scotland.

  3. I fed bear cubs in Yellowstone National Park.
