My travel style

I'm all about high value travel experiences, whether that's an undiscovered gem, an amazing deal or bucket-list adventure. I'm a smart budgeter. I'm unafraid to save for and spend on something spectacular, but I do my homework to make sure it'll truly be worth the investment – no one's getting ripped off on my watch. Everywhere I travel, I seek photogenic moments and life-long memories. I am also an expert in pet-friendly travel as I travel around the United States and internationally with my cat, Rajah.

One thing I can't travel without...

Noise-canceling headphones and a medicine bag – comfort and health on the road is key.

Two truths, one lie:

  1. I moved to Madrid, Spain after graduating from college and backpacked my way around Europe.

  2. I turned down a job at National Geographic because it wouldn't have allowed me to travel as much as I wanted.

  3. I'm a licensed tour guide (with honors!) in New York City.
