My travel style

I have backpacked through Asia, camped in New Zealand and have been on a luxury safari. I am happy to lounge on a beautiful beach, but my favorite holidays involve exploring a new city, hiking new mountains and seeking out intrepid activities with my far more adventurous husband and adult kids.

One thing I can't travel without...

Good walking/running shoes so I can keep moving.

Two truths, one lie:

  1. I had pizza delivered to our safari vehicle so that we could continue watching a lion pride waiting to hunt. 

  2. I jumped off a cliff with a parachute dragging behind me in Türkiye. 

  3. I skydived in New Zealand.
