My travel style
Wandering the streets of an ancient city. Scuba diving and meeting beautiful new critters under water. Reading a book on a private expanse of sand with the waves rolling in. Wandering around Ireland, Scotland, Italy or Greece to find out-of-the-way places – that’s when I find the best spots! Eating where the locals go. Sharing my love of travel with family, friends and as many other people as possible.

Wandering the streets of the “Granite City” of Aberdeen, Scotland, where my grandmother was born.
Dreaming of:
An overwater bungalow in the Maldives.
A month in Tuscany.
Taking my family to New York City for a week of shows, food, sights and discovery.
Scuba diving with my husband in Thailand.
One thing I can't travel without...
Snacks, and a good book!
Two truths, one lie:
My son took his first steps in our hotel room on a trip to Turks and Caicos.
My wallet went missing in Stockbridge Market in Edinburgh. But it was turned in by a local, so it made its way back to me at the end of our trip!
My very first trip was to Ireland.
