About

I live and breathe wellness travel, integrative health and startups. When I'm not filming the Wellness Traveler series or working with digital health platforms you can find me kitesurfing.

Coastal chic all the way – MIA, JFK and SFO.

My travel style

I've worked remotely in 12+ countries. I've been told I can excellently navigate everything while traveling but I excel at architecting days that merge well-being and work. For example – where to find the best waves and WiFi in walking distance. My day usually starts with a beach run, stopping at a coffee shop on the way home, getting to work (opening up my computer), a quick kitesurf in the evening, then dinner or a breath work session with friends to wind down. When in South America the day ends a bit later and most definitely with a brilliant bold red.

Favorite hotels

Recently returned from:

  • Kitesurfing and samba-ing along the east coast of Brazil.

  • Wakesurfing and deep sea fishing in Canouan and the Grenadines.

  • Plunging in geothermal baths around Budapest.

  • Regulating my nervous system via Temascals and cooking classes in Sayulita, MX.

Dreaming of:

  • Healing excursions to caves and water temples in Bali.

  • Hiking Torres del Paine filled with awe and wonder.

  • Dip in one (or all) of the Greek Island's mineral-rich thermal springs.

  • Working with a shaman and hiking Machu Picchu in Peru.

One thing I can't travel without...

My second portable laptop monitor and wide-brimmed hat.

Two truths, one lie:

  1. I once had to perform foot surgery on a friend who had a sea urchin pierce his foot while kitesurfing on Union Island.

  2. While learning to kitesurf in Bahía Salinas in Costa Rica I was blown off shore to another island and left there for five hours until the wind shifted.

  3. I hiked 2,128m to the top of Mount Pilatus in Lucerne, Switzerland in Toms.
