Day 1: Arrival in Kilimanjaro
Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport and check in at the Four Points by Sheraton Arusha, The Arusha Hotel. The first night is always spent in the capital before transferring to the Serengeti in the morning. Get a good night’s sleep for the next day’s exploration.
Day 2-3: Safari in the Serengeti
Transfer to the Serengeti via a one to two hour flight, before checking in at the Meliá Serengeti Lodge. This hotel itself is worth the journey. Enjoy a Half Day Private Safari followed by a few hours of relaxation and views of the Serengeti from a private balcony. All meals and drinks included. Because the Melia is located within the Serengeti, you will be staying at the national park. Therefore, you will have earlier and later access to its expanses and maybe even some unexpected visitors. Your second day will also include a half day safari to see more of the impressive landscape and biodiversity.
Day 3-5: Zanzibar at leisure
Take a two to three hour flight from the Serengeti to Zanzibar for paradisiacal relaxation. The Residence Zanzibar is a luxurious destination for a proper vacation. Breakfast and dinner are included in the hotel stay. So soak in the beauty of east Africa and all its energy before a long flight back home.
