My travel style
I love a good time in a new place – whether it's by myself, making friends along the way or with my friends or family. I've backpacked around Thailand, bounced around Europe and lived in Sydney, each for varying amounts of time. I love long trips but take plenty of short ones and like to end my days with good food and even better wine.
Favorite hotels
Recently returned from:
Spending a few days in Amsterdam, then Paris and Dublin for a mini Euro trip.
Trying out an all-inclusive resort in Cancun.
Visiting Seattle and going to the top of the needle – as a good tourist does.
Backpacking around Thailand – seeing wild elephants and eating a lot of Pad Thai.
Dreaming of:
Safari in Africa.
Maldives.
Dubai.
Fiji.
One thing I can't travel without...
As long as I have my wallet and some clothes, I'll survive.
Two truths, one lie:
I've lived abroad twice.
I almost killed my friend and I on the back of a moped in Bali going down a steep hill.
I only ate a rotation of Pad Thai, Pad See Ew and Fried Rice for every meal the 10 days I was in Thailand.
