Often a flyover city, forgotten in tourism (except in May), Indianapolis is full of treasures and comfort. The last decade has seen the city grow from culture to cuisine, making it somewhat unrecognizable to travelers who haven't been there in years. As national travel is gearing up, Indianapolis, Indiana is an excellent choice for an off-the-beaten-path getaway.
